HPMC-Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose and Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose are non-ionic cellulose ethers made by natural high polymer cellulose. They are odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic white powders that form a transparent viscous solution in cold water. They provide thickening, binding, dispersing, emulsifying, film coating, and water maintenance properties.
