Technical Layout
Automatic System
This is a set of fully automatic energy-saving special mortar complete equipment with an annual output of 80,000 to 300,000 tons per single line. Equipped with a sand-making system or a wet sand drying system, it produces 8 to 30 tons of special mortar per hour depending on the configuration.

Mixing Unit

The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The aggregates flow from top to bottom through the metering layer, mixer layer, and packaging machine, ensuring a highly efficient vertical production flow. For stepped production layouts, the investment cost is lower while maintaining high-precision computerized measurement for precise batching.
