ALC Wall Panel Adhesive is a premium, polymer-modified dry-mix mortar specifically engineered for the installation and jointing of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, ALC panels, and lightweight partition boards. It complies with ASTM C1660 standards, providing a structural bond with a thickness of only 2-4mm.

Mixing: Mix 5.0 - 5.5 Liters of water per 25kg bag. Mix for 3-5 minutes until lump-free. Let it rest for 5 minutes to activate polymers, then remix.
Installation: Apply mortar using a notched trowel (3mm-6mm). Press panels firmly to ensure zero voids. Scrape off excess mortar immediately.
A: A 25kg bag covers approximately 5-7 m² of wall area when using a 3mm thin-bed joint on 100mm thick AAC blocks.
A: Pre-wetting is not strictly required due to our high water-retention formula, but in extremely hot conditions, slightly dampening the surface improves adhesion.
