Silicon PU (Silicon Modified Polyurethane) is a hybrid material integrating silicone into polyurethane formulations to enhance UV resistance, temperature stability, and flexibility. It provides a professional elastic synthetic stadium surface that can be constructed directly on cement or asphalt foundations.
Main Applications: Basketball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, and other athletic venues requiring high durability and athlete injury prevention.
1. Primer Application: Evenly apply mixed primer and thinner using a roller.
2. Elastic Layer: Mix components A and B; scrape or spray mixed material onto the primer.
3. Quartz Sand: Sprinkle quartz sand evenly before the layer cures for a strong bond.
4. Topcoat: Apply the final protective topcoat once layers are fully cured.
