Air entraining agent is a special admixture that dissolves in water and is added to concrete mixtures. It produces numerous tiny, uniform bubbles during the mixing process, significantly enhancing material performance.

Main Functions:

• Improve fluidity, cohesiveness, and water retention of concrete mixes.
• Increase bending strength by 10%-20% (with 3%-5% gas content).
• Enhance resistance to freezing, salt, sulfate, and alkali-aggregate reactions.
• Improve volume stability and extend the service life of road concrete.

1. Fast Foaming & High Stability: Quickly forms fine bubbles with minimal impact on material strength, ensuring lightness and durability.

2. Low Dosage: Bubbles are resilient against breaking or merging, maintaining uniform structure in foamed cement or gypsum.

3. Workability: Effectively improves plasticity and reduces water seepage or segregation in cement thinsets.

4. Ion Resistance: High performance is maintained even in the presence of calcium and magnesium ions.

Note: For foaming products like gypsum, pre-disperse the foam before adding gypsum.
