The K12 mortar allows for application with a thickness range from 8mm to 30mm in just one seamless sweep. When crafting layers between 2cm and 3cm, the addition of 8kg of premium quartz sand is necessary to boost durability and structural integrity.
1. Remove all traces of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface.
2. Employ advanced sanding techniques to smooth out unevenness and remove loose concrete.
3. Use a reliable leak-stopper to seal breaches. For summer outdoor projects, moisten the ground first and let it dry naturally.
4. Use appropriate interface treatment agents for absorbent or non-absorbent substrates to ensure a professional finish.
1. Preparation: Ensure the floor is absolutely immaculate, devoid of dust or oil stains.
2. Priming: Apply 1 to 2 coats of primer depending on surface requirements and allow it to dry thoroughly.
