💡 Application & Usage

Composite Ratio: PCE 157L is a high solid content liquid designed to be used in combination with polycarboxylate superplasticizers (PCE 154L/PCE 155L/PCE 156L). The recommended mass ratio is 8:2 to 5:5.

Dosage: The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5% (solid content) of the cementitious material. This provides a water reduction rate of 10-30% and maintains workability for 1-3 hours (up to 6-10 hours under special requirements).

Important: Do not mix with naphthalene-based water reducing agents to avoid performance degradation. Always conduct trial mixing tests when changing raw materials.
