Subfloor Preparation

1. Remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings.
2. Sand ground to smooth out unevenness and eliminate impurities.
3. Seal breaches with a leak-stopper. Ensure the ground is dry.
4. Use appropriate absorbent or non-absorbent interface treatment agents based on substrate type.

Application Steps

Water-to-Mortar Ratio: Precisely 22% (5 liters of water per 25kg bag).

1. Clean the repair area thoroughly from all debris.
2. Apply 1-2 coats of primer and wait until completely dry.
3. Mix 5L water with 25kg mortar using a mixer until smooth.
4. Pour material into the area, spread with a trowel, and use a roller to remove air bubbles.

• Temperature range: 5ºC to 30ºC. Avoid direct sunlight and rain.
• Strictly follow the 22% water ratio for optimal performance.
• Apply within 20 minutes after mixing to prevent solidification.
• Avoid eye/skin contact and protect the surface during curing.
• Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated location.
