APPLICATION THICKNESS

Subfloor Preparation
- Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings.
- Sand down uneven patches and remove loose concrete.
- Maintain a dry base, completely free of puddles.
- Apply appropriate interface agents (LG660 for absorbent or LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces).
Construction Process
1. Priming: Clean the base and apply a suitable primer. Allow 2-6 hours to dry before self-leveling application.
2. Mixing: Add 25kg of compound to 10L of clear water. Mix until lump-free. Spread evenly using a notched trowel to the desired thickness.
3. Finishing: Use a defoaming roller to remove air bubbles before setting. For efficiency, pumps with 20-40 L/min flow rates can be used.
