Self Leveling Mortar for Commercial Flooring

Thick Layer Self-Leveling Mortar is a premium, pumpable, cement-based flooring compound designed for heavy-duty leveling applications. Formulated with high-quality polymer-modified binders and special aggregates, this product creates a smooth, flat, and high-strength surface ideal for installing floor coverings.

Unlike traditional screeds, this "Thick Layer" variant is engineered for application thicknesses of 10mm to 30mm in a single pass. It features a casein-free, non-toxic formula with low alkalinity, making it safe for environmentally sensitive projects such as hospitals, food workshops, and commercial offices.

1. Substrate Preparation: Surface must be clean, solid, and free from oil. Measure flatness to determine required thickness.

2. Priming: Apply interface agent to seal substrate and prevent bubbles.

3. Mixing: Mix 25kg powder with 3.75 - 4.25 Liters of clean water. Use electric mixer until lump-free.

4. Installation: Pour onto floor; material will self-level. Use scraper for spreading. Use within 30 minutes.
