Vanconol® amine TOH Corrosion Inhibitor for Acid Treatment
Vanconol® amine TOH is an alkyl imidazoline structured organic intermediate with excellent thermal stability. Unneutralized amine TOH is hydrophobic and soluble in organic solvents, non-polar solvents, and mineral oil. The imidazoline ring structure allows it to form strong ion-bonds with opposite polarity substances, enabling powerful adsorption on metals, fibers, plastics, and glass surfaces to form a dense protective molecular film.
When neutralized as a salt, it remains stable in acidic conditions, reducing surface tension and providing excellent wettability for pickling solutions. It offers cationic and dispersing properties ideal for surface modification of powder materials.

Bitumen (Asphalt): Enhances adhesion with sand, gravel, and ash. Treated bitumen shows excellent resistance to floods, acid rain, and corrosion.
