Product Description

Two Components Brushable Cold Polyurea

YP683/YP685 is a solvent-free, two-components, brushable polyurea elastic material. The material is formed by on-site curing of semi prepolymers, amino terminated polyethers, delayed diamine chain extenders, and other raw materials. Even in an environment of -5 ºC, hand-brush polyurea can still quickly cure, resulting in a dense and non-foaming coating. This product exhibits excellent mechanical properties, medium resistance, outdoor aging resistance, and superior adhesion.

Construction Conditions & Operation

Base Surface: Concrete must be clean, flat, and polished (Strength ≥ C25, Moisture < 8%).
Environment: Temperature > 5 ºC, Humidity < 85%.
Mixing: Ratio A:B = 1:1. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Use prepared coating within 15 minutes.

Suggested Quantity: 1.2kg/mm/m² (Waterproof standard 1.5mm requires 1.8kg/m²).
