Usage Guidelines: PCE 154L is a high solid content liquid. When used, it should be combined with other polycarboxylate superplasticizers (such as PCE 156L, PCE 155L). The recommended composite mass ratio is 8:2 to 5:5.
Dosage: The recommended dosage of the diluted product is 0.2-0.5% (solid content) of the cement-based material, with a water reduction rate of 20-35%.
Compatibility: Compatible with all Portland cement and cement-based products, including defoamers, retarders, expansion agents, and early strength agents.
Available in 220kg drum, IBC or Flexibag.
Storage: Store in a cool place (0°C to 40°C). Avoid long-term contact with steel. If frozen, heat until melted and stir evenly before use.
Shelf Life: Effective shelf life is six months. Beyond this period, it may still be used after performance verification.
