NBS-802 Nano-Permeable Waterproof Agent is a transparent and colorless water-based silicone waterproofing agent. After application, it forms a transparent waterproof layer on the surface of porous structures such as concrete. It can also be mixed with cement mortar where its active ingredients promote cement hydration, making crystals finer and the structure denser, significantly improving impermeability.
1) Ensure the base surface is dry and free of oily materials or loose cement mortar cracks before construction.
2) Spraying or Brushing: Apply continuously 2-3 times vertically and horizontally without interruption using a sprayer or roller brush.
3) Mortar Mixing: Mix agent and water (1:1 to 1:3 ratio), then add cement and sand. Moisten the base surface before use.
