Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC)

HPMC is a highly pure cotton cellulose raw material, prepared under alkaline conditions by special etherification. It appears as a white or whitish powder. Its surface activity, water solubility, and gel point vary with the methoxide content. Features include thickening ability, salt resistance, low ash content, pH stability, excellent water retention, and film-forming properties.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Protected against humidity and pressure. Recommended storage time: not exceeding six months.
