Two-Part vs Single Group Hardener
Why choose a two-part sealed Hardener?
For new or dense ground, a single group is convenient. However, for old cement or loose ground, the two-part system (alkaline and acidic) is essential. It avoids cracks and extends service life up to 20 years.
Temperature Requirements: Construction is ideal between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius. The agent must not be frozen to ensure proper penetration.
Construction Technology (8 Steps)
Step 1
Clean the ground using professional dust pushing or washing machines.
Step 2
Base Surface treatment: Polish with 50-300 mesh grinding plate until smooth; vacuum thoroughly.
Step 3
Spraying Base Material: Apply base dense sealing agent (0.15Kg/sqm). Allow 3 hours for penetration.
Step 4
Fine Grinding: After 12 hours, moisten and grind with 300 mesh piece to remove surface dirt.
Step 5
Spraying Hardening Material: Once dry, spray hardening bright sealing agent (0.2kg/sqm).
Step 6
Secondary Fine Ground: After 3 hours, grind with a 500-mill grinder to clean surface residue.
Step 7
Polishing: Use 1000-3000 mesh grinding plates for a high-gloss finish.
Step 8
Mirror Effect: Apply polishing agent (0.05kg/sqm) and use 6000 mesh sponge polishing for a bright mirror effect.
