Construction Conditions
Polishing Base: Depending on ground condition, apply after polishing to 150-300 mesh. Loose ground requires early application to raise hardness.
Temperature Requirements: Construction is optimal between 0°C and 50°C. The agent must not be frozen to ensure penetration. High temperatures may accelerate curing time.
Construction Technology (Two-Part System)
01Cleaning: Use professional dust pushing or washing machines to clean the ground.
02Surface Treatment: Polish with 50-300 mesh plates. Vacuum thoroughly to open pores.
03Material A: Spray CFS-300 base sealer (0.15kg/sqm). Allow 3 hours for penetration.
04Fine Grinding: After 12 hours, moisten and grind with 300 mesh. Remove mud and dry for 12 hours.
05Material B: Spray CFS-301 hardening agent (0.2kg/sqm). Allow 2 hours penetration.
06Second Grinding: Moisten and grind with 500 mesh. Remove surface dirt and dry completely.
07Polishing: Use 1000-3000 mesh grinding plates for the final polish.
08Mirror Finish: Apply CFS-400 polishing agent (0.05kg/sqm). Buff with 6000 mesh sponge for mirror effect.
