CHENSON™ Polymer Modified Waterproof Mortar is a premium, one-component, cementitious waterproofing slurry designed for thin-layer applications (3-5mm). This product integrates high-quality polymer resins with fine quartz aggregates to provide a seamless, flexible, and high-bonding waterproof barrier.

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for interior and exterior use on vertical and horizontal surfaces:

• EIFS/ETICS Systems: Anti-crack layer for EPS/XPS boards.
• Wet Areas: Bathrooms, balconies, and swimming pools.
• Underground: Basements, tunnels, and retaining walls.
• Leveling: Repairing concrete bases and brick masonry.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mixing Ratio: For a 40kg bag, use approximately 8.5 - 10.0 Liters of clean water. Mix until homogenous and let stand for 3-5 minutes before a brief remix.

Installation: Apply 3-5mm thickness per layer using a steel trowel. Use within 2 hours of mixing.
