High Performance Concrete Accelerator for Early Strength Development

S7045 Hardening Accelerator is based on Calcium-Silicate-Hydrate (C-S-H) Seeding Technology. As a professional and efficient early strength agent, the core component consists of nano-seeds presented in fine powder form. It is specially designed to play a significant reinforcing role during the initial hydration process of cement (within 24 hours).

During mixing, S7045 nano-seeds act as a catalyst. Once added, these tiny seeds prompt the rapid generation and growth of hydrated calcium silicate through complex chemical induction. This significantly accelerates the hydration reaction, which is crucial for early strength development, ensuring faster construction progress and enhanced structural support capacity.

Usage: Should be mixed with other dry powder components. At low dosages (0.3% and above), fluidity growth is very obvious, so dosage accuracy must be controlled.

Storage: Packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags. Store in a ventilated, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Seal immediately after opening to prevent moisture absorption.
