Alkali-free solid setting agent is a high-performance, environmentally friendly setting agent developed for rapid cement solidification. It is chlorine-free and significantly improves both early and late cement strength while enhancing anti-seepage capabilities.
Ingredients: Aluminum sulfate system; non-toxic, non-radioactive, non-corrosive, and non-explosive.
Safety: Avoid skin and eye contact. Use masks and goggles when handling powder.
Storage: Keep powder sealed to prevent moisture. Liquid storage should be >5ºC in plastic or fiberglass containers. Avoid iron barrels due to acidity.

Mixing Instructions: Use a plastic reactor. Stir at >600 rpm for 0.5-1 hour. Water temperature should be >10ºC. Ensure the accelerator pump is cleaned before use to avoid chemical reactions with other agents.
