Alkali-free solid setting agent is a new type of environmentally friendly alkali-free, chlorine-free high-performance setting agent. It has a strong function of accelerating cement solidification and can significantly improve early and late cement strength while enhancing anti-seepage capabilities.
This product belongs to the aluminum sulfate system, which is non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-explosive.

📦 Storage: Keep packaging intact to prevent moisture. Liquid storage temperature should be >5ºC. Use plastic or glass fiber reinforced plastic barrels. Avoid iron barrels due to chemical reactions.

The recommended dosage is 6-9% based on cement weight. Actual dosage depends on cement type, temperature, and engineering requirements. Fresh cement provides the best setting results.

Mixing Instructions: Use a mixer (>5KW) at 600 rpm. Water temperature should be >10ºC. Dissolution takes 0.5-1 hour. Clean the accelerator pump before and after use. Never mix with other accelerators to avoid blockage.
