Sand Fixing Agent is a new type of high permeability cement-based strengthening agent treatment material composed of polymer emulsion and multifunctional additives. It features excellent sealing performance and strong permeability. It is ideal for concrete, reinforcement treatment of mortar layers, and powdered putty layers. This product effectively increases the hardness of loose cement mortar base layers by 5 to 8 times and prevents putty or paint from powdering, hollowing, shedding, or becoming moldy.

Method: Stir evenly before use. Suitable for roller coating or brushing for higher quality requirements. Apply once for general surface preparation, or twice if applying wallpaper afterward. Do not add any diluting liquid.

Dosage: Approximately 0.1-0.25kg/m², depending on the specific base surface conditions.

Storage: Store in a ventilated, dry place protected from light (5ºC-35ºC). Shelf life is two years.
