ZJT Specific Mortar is a one-component product made from special polymer additives and anti-crack materials. When mixed with water, it forms a high-performance paste with excellent crack resistance after curing. It is environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and optimized for modern building projects.

Performance Features:

✓ Primarily used for polystyrene particles, inorganic insulation mortar, and foam concrete systems.

Directions For Use

1. Mix with clean water into a thick paste (Water cement ratio 0.22:1). Use within 2 hours.

2. Plastering interval should be no less than 24 hours.

3. Dosage: 5-6 kg/m² for alkali grid cloth; 8-10 kg/m² for hot-dipped wire mesh.

Mixing Instructions:

Ratio: 4 parts Mortar to 1 part Water by weight. Just add water; do not add cement, sand, or other additives.

Method: Mix with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes, then remix before use.

Conditions: Temperature 5°C~35°C. Avoid rain, high temperatures, frost, direct sunlight, and strong winds.
