Wear-resistant ceramic adhesive, also known as AB adhesive, is a high-performance adhesive specifically designed for affixing wear-resistant ceramic sheets or liners onto equipment substrates to provide superior protection.
It is widely utilized in bonding ceramic plates and metal under environments up to 150℃. Typical applications include coal transport systems, pulverization, ash discharge, dust removal systems in thermal power plants, and batching systems in smelting or steel plants (hoppers, silos, pipes, elbows, ball mills, etc.).

Eliminate oil, dust, and rust from the adhesive surface. Roughen by grinding and clean with acetone or ethyl acetate before drying.
Mix A and B components at a weight ratio of 1:1. Stir until the color is consistent. Apply evenly to the treated surface.
Close contact surfaces and apply pressure. Structural strength is reached within 8 to 10 hours.
Note: At 25℃, the application window is approximately 30 minutes. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; clean with alcohol or soap if contact occurs.
Standard Package: 10kg/set. Non-dangerous goods classification for standard chemical transportation.
Storage: Two-year shelf life when stored in a cool, ventilated area.
