Wear-resistant ceramic adhesive, also known as AB adhesive, is a high-performance adhesive specifically designed for affixing wear-resistant ceramic sheets or liners onto equipment substrates to provide wear-resistant protection.
It is widely used in the bonding of various ceramic plates and metal under the condition of 150℃, such as coal transport, pulverization, ash discharge, dust removal system of thermal power plant, and the feed, batching system of smelting iron and steel plant, hopper, silo, wear-resistant pipe, elbow, ball mill, etc.

🛠 Usage Method & Notice
1. Eliminate oil, dust, and rust from the adhesive surface, roughen it by grinding, and cleanse it with cleaning agents before drying.
2. Mix A and B components according to weight ratio 1:1. Stir evenly until color is consistent.
3. Apply evenly on the treated surface. Apply contact pressure. Reaches structural strength after 8 to 10 hours.
4. Application period is approximately 30 minutes at 25℃ after mixing.
5. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Clean with soap/alcohol if contact occurs and seek medical attention for eyes.
