PCE superplasticizer represents the latest generation of superplasticizers utilized for concrete both at home and abroad. It is developed on the basis of the molecular design and adsorption capacity of polycarboxylate. Through research and development, we have successfully produced a water - reducing and slump - retaining type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer for concrete. Widely used in precast and cast-in-situ concrete, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete for industrial and civil buildings. It helps enhance the strength and workability.
Applicable to roads, bridges, port terminals, and airports. In large-scale projects, it ensures structural stability and increases durability.
Especially suitable for nuclear power engineering and other projects requiring high slump retention and long construction periods.
Used in high-strength mortar, gypsum products, self-leveling floors, caulking compounds, and grouting materials.
Based on concrete performance requirements, add PCE at a dosage of 0.8%-2.0% by mass of the cementitious materials. The optimal dosage should be determined through trial mixing.
Pre-dissolve it in water or add it directly to the concrete mixing equipment, and mix uniformly with cementitious materials and aggregates simultaneously.
Typically stored in sealed plastic drums, metal tanks, or bulk containers (e.g., 200 kg drums or ISO tank containers) to prevent moisture, contamination, and leakage.
Transported as non-hazardous chemicals. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (store at 5-35°C) and ensure containers are securely sealed.
